Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Banking and Capital Markets team focused on Digital Assets and Payments implementations, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting delivery of digital assets and payments product, roadmap, and transformation engagements for banking and capital markets clients
  • Managing day-to-day workstream activities across product strategy, business requirements definition, backlog prioritization, process design, and implementation planning, with emphasis on digital assets use cases
  • Translating client business objectives and user needs into business requirements, user stories, target-state process flows, product roadmaps, and delivery artifacts for digital assets and adjacent payments initiatives
  • Coordinating with business, operations, engineering, design, risk, compliance, and legal stakeholders to support execution of product and transformation initiatives involving digital assets capabilities
  • Developing analyses, status updates, workshop materials, and recommendations for client stakeholders to support decision-making and implementation across digital assets product and transformation efforts

  • Experience in digital assets from at least one prior role, including blockchain, distributed ledger technology (DLT), tokenization, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), stablecoins, digital asset custody, or digital asset operating models
  • Experience in payments from at least one prior role, including real-time payments, cross-border payments, card networks, automated clearing house (ACH), wire, or International Organization for Standardization 20022 (ISO 20022)
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree, including Master of Business Administration or Master of Science
  • Experience with open banking, embedded finance, application programming interfaces (APIs), or API-based payments models
