We're looking for a dynamic program manager to lead high-impact and high-visibility Digital initiatives and programs. The Program Manager for Digital Strategic Programs plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day program execution across cross-functional teams for highly cross-functional and strategically important Digital initiatives and programs. This role drives delivery rigor through task-level coordination, tracking dependencies, maintaining clear documentation, and delivering leadership updates to support smooth planning and execution for the Initiative of Program roadmap.
As a program manager - Digital Strategic Programs, you will...
Program Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination
o Develop, maintain, and manage high-level program timeline spanning pods.
o Track portfolio level activities against defined scope, milestones, and timelines.
o Proactively surface risks, blockers, and scope or timeline variances, escalating as appropriate.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
o Partner with pod/track leads and functional stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and delivery expectations.
o Facilitate collaboration across teams to support resolution of dependencies and execution challenges.
Meeting Facilitation & Program Documentation
o Plan, schedule, and facilitate working sessions with leads and cross-functional groups.
o Prepare agendas and document key decisions, action items, and next steps.
o Maintain and organize program documentation (e.g., plans, trackers, operating framework) in a centralized source of truth.
Risk, Issue, and Decision Management
o Maintain RAID log capturing key risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.
o Support mitigation planning and timely resolution of critical items.
o Escalate risks and decision needs to leadership.
Leadership Communications & Status Reporting
o Prepare and distribute regular status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
o Track progress against milestones, highlighting risks, and required decisions.
o Support leadership meetings through agenda preparation, meeting notes, and action tracking.

• 8+ yrs managing complex large-scale business or information technology projects.
• 8+ yrs building and mentoring teams.
• 6+ yrs Mentoring other project managers in program and project management.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
