To thrive as a Digital Program Manager, you need expertise in project management, digital strategy, and cross-functional leadership, often supported by a relevant degree and certifications like PMP or Agile. Familiarity with digital project management tools (such as Jira, Asana, or Trello) and analytics platforms is typically required.
