Their duties often include project planning, timeline management, stakeholder communication, and performance tracking to optimize digital transformation efforts.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Digital Program Manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Digital Program Manager, you need expertise in project management, digital strategy, and cross-functional leadership, often supported by a relevant degree and certifications like PMP or Agile. Familiarity with digital project management tools (such as Jira, Asana, or Trello) and analytics platforms is typically required. Job description

Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Reports to: Director, Information Systems amp; Marketing Operations
Location: Remote, US-based, with ~20% travel for client site visits and team gatherings
FLSA Status: Exempt
About BEST
Best Upon Request (BEST) is a values-based, Great Place to Work-Certified company providing on-site concierge services as an employee benefit and patient amenity to healthcare systems and large employers across the United States. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Role Summary
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive customer utilization of BEST's concierge programs through email, marketing automation, landing pages, and digital campaigns across our national client portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on driving the digital programs that grow customer utilization — enrollment, first-time use, and repeat engagement.
You'll work primarily in Salesforce (where end-user utilization campaigns are executed) with HubSpot supporting client marketing. If you're stronger in one system than the other, we'll support you ramping on the second within your first 90 days.
What You'll Do
Digital Campaign Strategy amp; Execution
  • Plan and execute end-user utilization campaigns in Salesforce — enrollment, first-time use, re-engagement, and lifecycle nurture.
  • Build and send client marketing campaigns in HubSpot to support B2B nurture and event-driven outreach.
  • Own the digital marketing calendar across both systems; A/B test, iterate, and improve.
Digital Analytics amp; Optimization
  • Track and report on campaign KPIs across Salesforce and HubSpot — opens, clicks, conversion, list health, and downstream utilization lift.
  • Surface insights and recommend optimizations based on what the data shows.
  • Build dashboards the broader team relies on.
Concierge Team Partnership
  • Serve as the day-to-day marketing partner for on-site concierge teams.
  • Provide templates, toolkits, and support for new-site launches.
Brand amp; Asset Coordination
  • Partner with the Graphic Designer to produce on-brand digital and on-site assets; maintain templates across the portfolio.
What success looks like in year one
  • A consistent digital campaign engine running out of Salesforce, with measurable lift in enrollment, first-time use, and repeat use.
  • Reliable HubSpot client campaign support delivered on time and on brand.
  • Clear digital analytics dashboards across both systems that the team trusts.
  • Concierge teams describing you as a trusted, responsive marketing partner.
This Role Is Right For You If
  • You care about the details that drive measurable outcomes — email deliverability, A/B testing, and lifecycle workflow design.
  • You enjoy working across multiple marketing systems and like the variety of executing end-user campaigns one day and client campaigns the next.
  • You take pride in execution — work that ships on time, on brand, and with care.
  • You value partnering with concierge teams in the field, not just working behind a screen.
  • You want to grow into a Digital Marketing Manager role with a team that will invest in you.
Required
  • 2-4 years in digital marketing — hands-on with email, marketing automation, landing pages, and marketing analytics — ideally at a B2B, B2B2C, or services company.
  • Working Salesforce experience (records, reports, email campaigns via Flows, native email, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud). Deeper Pardot, Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Admin experience is a major plus.
  • Comfort with HubSpot or a comparable marketing platform — or strong willingness to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including copy editing and copywriting skills — able to draft, edit, and proofread marketing copy that ships on brand and error-free.
Preferred
  • Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud Engagement, or comparable.
  • Customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or multi-location/franchise marketing experience.
  • Healthcare, employee-benefits, or services industry exposure.
  • Adobe Creative Suite or Canva familiarity.
Logistics
  • Remote, US-based, with ~20% travel for client site visits, launches, and team gatherings.
  • Background check required.
Growth amp; Opportunity
Strong performers in this role have a clear path to Senior Digital Marketing Specialist or Director of Digital Marketing — owning strategy across both Salesforce and HubSpot, growing the digital function, and taking on broader scope as BEST's national footprint expands.
How to Apply
Submit your resume. Optional but appreciated: a brief note on a digital campaign you ran and the measurable result — we read every one.
