Job description

About This Role
RGP is hiring a Director to help grow and deliver work across our Digital Build & Integration practice.
This person will drive sales, serve as a solution architect for digital experience opportunities, and provide technical leadership through delivery. The right candidate has a deep technical background in modern digital experience platforms and the consulting experience to turn client needs into solutions that can be sold, scoped, built, and expanded.
This is a client-facing role for someone who can create opportunities, lead technical sales conversations, architect the solution, and stay accountable for the quality of the technical approach once the work is sold.
Base Pay Range: $170,000 - $213,000
Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
What You Will Work On
  • Drive new and expanded client work for RGP's Digital Build & Integration practice.
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders across technology, digital, marketing, product, communications, and business teams.
  • Lead technical sales conversations from discovery through solutioning, proposal, close, delivery, and expansion.
  • Serve as the Solution Architect for digital experience pursuits and engagements.
  • Define the technical approach, platform fit, architecture direction, integration strategy, assumptions, risks, and pricing inputs.
  • Shape solutions across DXP, CMS, headless and composable architecture, APIs, integrations, front-end systems, search, personalization, analytics, intranets, portals, websites, and content operations.
  • Translate client needs into solutions that are technically sound, commercially viable, and realistic to deliver.
  • Participate in the creation and presentation of proposals, estimates, solution narratives, executive recommendations, technical approaches, and delivery recommendations.
  • Provide technical leadership during delivery, including architecture decisions, solution direction, technical risk management, and quality of outcomes.
  • Work with engineers, PMs, BAs, designers, product owners, client technical teams, account teams, and executive stakeholders while staying focused on solution architecture and technical direction.
  • Resolve solution-level issues related to architecture, platform constraints, integrations, technical feasibility, scope tradeoffs, and client expectations.
  • Apply AI-enabled delivery methods to improve discovery, prototyping, estimation, solution validation, development, testing, documentation, and delivery speed.
  • Identify expansion opportunities through strong delivery, client trust, and a clear understanding of the client's broader digital experience needs.
  • Build reusable sales assets, solution frameworks, demos, estimation models, delivery approaches, and partner-facing materials.

What You Will Bring
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex software, digital, data, integration, platform, collaboration, workforce automation, content, or marketing technology implementations.
  • 10+ years of experience in a professional services, consulting, agency, systems integration, or client-facing delivery environment.
  • Strong delivery leadership with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, lead through ambiguity, drive decisions, and keep cross-functional teams moving.
  • Experience managing large, complex projects or programs end-to-end across a portfolio of technologies, platforms, teams, and stakeholder groups.
  • Working knowledge of modern digital experience platforms, intranets, portals, CMS/DXP solutions, systems integration, APIs, data foundations, cloud environments, and/or AI-enabled delivery methods.
  • Comfortable participating in sales and account growth activities, including identifying client needs, shaping follow-on work, contributing to proposals, supporting estimates, and presenting delivery approaches.
  • Experience mentoring team members, improving delivery processes, and helping others take on more responsibility.
  • Curiosity about the client's business, not only the project, with the judgment to spot where RGP can bring additional value.
  • Additionally, experience supporting regulated, healthcare, public sector, financial services, manufacturing, or other complex enterprise environments is desirable.

What You Can Expect
  • An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.
  • Compensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market and operational factors.
  • Total Rewards based on eligibility include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).
