The Job
Mix of the following:
- Computer administrative tasks
- Coaching young children
- Planning/supervising events
- Managing calendars
- On-boarding and training new hires
- Mentoring one High School intern
The Pay
$18 per hour for training until you are certified as a lead coach.
$20 is starting pay after certification; eligible for increase every two months.
$25 is possible within 12 months.
The Schedule
We don't have set office hours, we use a hybrid work schedule. Locations vary between home, office, on-site coaching, and event locations. Number of work hours per week depend on work flow. Average hours per week are 18-22; but can increase with more coaching and additional duties.
The Requirements
Character Traits: Positive Attitude, Enthusiastic, Desire to Grow, Takes Initiative.
Availability: Mon-Fri 8:30-10:30am.
Commitment: 12 months agreement due to lengthy training and on-boarding.

Digital management tools (Salesforce or Monday)
