Job Description
This role will serve as the primary marketing individual for our Phoenix location, driving initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and support overall business growth. The Marketing Coordinator will oversee a range of marketing activities while ensuring cohesive execution.
What you're responsible for:
  • Coordinating marketing initiatives by implementing campaigns across print, digital, signage and providing collateral.
  • Supporting public relations efforts in assisting strategy development and managing communications with partners.
  • Planning and executing events such as site openings, trade shows and sponsorship events to boost brand visibility.
  • Managing digital presence by collaborating on social media content, maintain calendars and monitoring online activity.
  • Supporting creative execution, reviewing materials and maintain marketing collateral inventory.
  • Assisting to develop budgets, media plans and preparing RFQ's with suppliers.

Qualifications
To join our team:
  • You have a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Public relations or related field.
  • You have 2 years in marketing coordination or public relations experience.
  • You have strong organizational and project management skills
  • You have excellent written and verbal communications
  • You have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You can travel up to 20% of the time
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish an asset.
