Job description

As a Manager, Digital Product Management, you lead a cluster of related products, capabilities, or customer journeys. You drive the product strategy across multiple teams and ensure that every initiative contributes to a cohesive, outcome-oriented roadmap. You may directly manage other PMs or influence them through leadership in forums, processes, and product culture.

Essential Functions

  • Set the strategic direction for a product group, aligning to company objectives and customer needs
  • Manage a team of PMs or lead without authority across squads to deliver against shared goals
  • Coordinate roadmaps across interdependent teams and ensure clear prioritization across the portfolio
  • Elevate product quality, consistency, and measurement by mentoring and reviewing team deliverables
  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to ensure holistic product planning
  • Advocate for customer and business needs with senior leadership and translate strategy into execution
  • Drive planning, budgeting, and reporting for your area, balancing quick wins with long-term vision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing or managing digital products across multiple supply chain functions (beyond just transportation)
  • Strong knowledge of order management, inventory, sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate end-to-end supply chain challenges into product strategies and scalable solutions.

Location Details:

This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.


Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, 9 years of practical experience may offset education requirements

Minimum Experience

  • 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a senior or lead product management role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven track record of managing the development of digital products from ideation through launch and beyond.

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.

  • Experience with data analysis and using customer insights and metrics to inform product decisions.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives, particularly in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.

  • Strong technical background, with the ability to engage in technical discussions and understand technical constraints and opportunities.

  • Experience in digital product management within e-commerce, SaaS, or similar industries.

  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

  • Passion for staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
