In this role, you'll help shape the future of Consumer-Directed Healthcare products, including HSAs, HRAs, and FSAs, by analyzing market opportunities, monitoring industry and regulatory trends, and partnering across the organization to develop and enhance solutions that create value for employers, members, and the business.   • Assist in the development of the business case, business plan, product definition and specifications, implementation and life cycle management activities for new or enhanced products.
  • Access and analyze the marketplace and regulatory environment to stay fully informed about product trends and results in order to continually assess needs and opportunities for the organization.
  • Assist in developing ideas for new and enhanced products to support and conform to the organization's overall business strategy and financial goals; coordinating with other partners of the organization to select the best ideas for product/services development.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment

Experience

  • 3 years - Experience in the health care industry
