Role Summary

The Product Manager role is responsible for leading digital product management initiatives, overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of strategic products. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams (IT, UX and Analytics) to evolve the Financial Advisor, Sales, and Support staff internal desktop experiences, define product roadmaps, and ensure compliance with Regulation Broker Dealer and Surveillance expectations. This individual ensures smooth product execution, manages escalations, and employs data-driven insights to refine product strategies. Additionally, they work with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives and market needs.


Responsibilities

  • Lead digital product management efforts for multiple digital products or one strategic product, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices that enhance the customer experience and drive impactful changes.

  • Coach digital product teams on best practices, learnings, and product development methodologies to maximize efficiency.

  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues promptly, supporting escalations when needed to enable rapid delivery.

  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of new digital products, including market analysis, feature definition, and implementation planning.

  • Develop pricing and positioning strategies, ensuring products are competitive and aligned with market demand.

  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience and optimize product performance.

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure timely and resource-efficient delivery.

  • Lead product launches by working closely with marketing teams, executives, and other product management stakeholders to drive successful go-to-market strategies.

  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure consistency with product line strategies and effective messaging across customer segments.

  • Participate in ongoing business planning, departmental prioritization activities, and special projects as required.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience, with at least two years of experience leading large cross-functional teams as a Digital Product Manager.

  • Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor's in Computer Applications (BCA), or Master's in Computer Applications (MCA).

  • Strong expertise in digital product management, market analysis, and user experience optimization.

  • Proven ability to translate customer insights into product improvements and new features.

  • Experience working with engineering teams to drive product development from concept to launch.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to align product strategy with business goals.
