What You'll Do
As the Digital Product Manager, you'll serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure customer needs are effectively translated into digital product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features and application enhancements
  • Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand customer needs, priorities, and strategic objectives
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, technical documentation, and actionable user stories
  • Own and manage product backlogs, user stories, priorities, and feature requests within Jira
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Drive product initiatives from concept through delivery, partnering closely with engineering and development teams
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure successful execution
  • Create executive-level presentations, business reviews, status updates, and strategic recommendations
  • Monitor project milestones, delivery timelines, KPIs, and product adoption metrics
  • Support ongoing product optimization efforts, customer experience improvements, and future feature enhancements
  • Lead stakeholder discussions around strategy, prioritization, customer needs, and product direction
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate brings a combination of Product Management, Customer Success, Program Management, and Business Analysis experience.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Management, Product Ownership, Program Management, Business Analysis, Customer Success, or a related field
  • Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical documentation
  • Experience managing digital products, applications, or customer-facing technology platforms
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery processes
  • Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and roadmaps within Jira
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence decision-making
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
