Guided by our mission, we strive to be the trusted partner for organizations looking to achieve better results, providing solutions that enhance brand engagement and performance.   Job Overview:The Printing Press Press Operator is responsible for setting up and operating Heidelberg and/or Komori printing presses to produce high-quality printed products. This role ensures jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer specifications while maintaining quality, productivity, and equipment performance.  Available Shifts:3rd Shift: Tuesday - Friday, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM. Company Benefits:Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:Paid Time Off (PTO)Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceShort-term disability coverage401(k) plan with company matchAnd more!  What You'll Do:Set up and operate Heidelberg and/or Komori printing presses.Read and interpret job tickets and production specifications.Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed.Perform roller changes and routine press maintenance.Accurately log production data and complete required documentation.Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.  What We're Looking For:5+ years of experience operating Heidelberg, Komori, KBA (Koenig & Bauer), or Man Roland printing presses required.High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong understanding of press operation and setup. General roller maintenance knowledge. Good color recognition and matching ability. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to read job tickets and production specifications.
