    Site Analytics & A/B Testing Coordinator
    About This Role
    Fleet Farm is looking for a Site Analytics & A/B Testing Coordinator to help optimize our ecommerce experience through data, customer insights and experimentation. This role will analyze website behavior, conversion funnels and key performance indicators to identify where the customer experience or site performance can improve. You'll develop hypotheses, coordinate A/B and multivariate testing, analyze results and turn insights into recommendations that improve customer engagement, conversion and revenue.
    This is a unique opportunity to play a hands-on role in the continued growth of Fleet Farm's ecommerce business. You'll work closely with eCommerce, Digital Product, UX, Merchandising, Marketing and IT to diagnose opportunities, test solutions and measure results.
    This is an onsite position at Fleet Farm's Service Support Center in Appleton, Wisconsin.
    What You'll Do
    • Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, conversion funnels and engagement metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
    • Monitor key ecommerce KPIs including conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value, bounce rate and customer journey metrics.
    • Develop testing hypotheses, success metrics and post-test recommendations based on business objectives.
    • Coordinate the planning, execution and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests across the ecommerce website.
    • Partner with Digital Product, UX, Merchandising, Marketing and IT teams to identify and prioritize testing opportunities.
    • Use analytics and experimentation tools to diagnose underperforming areas of the website and test potential solutions.
    • Build dashboards and recurring reports that communicate website performance and testing outcomes to stakeholders.
    • Ensure testing initiatives are properly configured, documented and measured for statistical validity.
    • Collaborate with analytics and development teams to validate tracking, event tagging and data accuracy.
    • Maintain a testing roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on customer impact and business value.
    • Support personalization, landing page optimization, search results and merchandising initiatives through experimentation and performance measurement.
    • Stay current on ecommerce trends, analytics tools, experimentation methodologies and emerging technologies.

    What You Bring
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce analytics, digital marketing, web analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO) or a related field.
    • Experience using web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics or similar tools.
    • Understanding of A/B testing principles, customer behavior analysis and digital performance metrics.
    • Familiarity with Kibo's experimentation platform and Builder.io is a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience interpreting website performance data.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
