Role Summary

The Digital Delivery Specialist leads Digital Delivery execution on complex projects, driving coordination, mentoring team members, and ensuring model quality, performance, and timely delivery across project lifecycle milestones.

What You’ll Do

Lead Digital Delivery strategy and execution for complex projects.

  • Lead project kickoffs, establishing Digital Delivery schedules, workflows, and milestones
  • Support development of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) with project teams and clients
  • Configure and manage complex project models, including views, sheets, and worksets
  • Oversee background management, model linking, and sheet coordination
  • Lead coordination meetings and establish expectations across disciplines and stakeholders
  • Drive clash detection efforts and facilitate resolution with project teams
  • Resolve high-impact model issues, including performance challenges and warnings management
  • Develop strategies to reduce model warnings and improve long-term performance
  • Manage model hosting and publishing through Autodesk Construction Cloud (Forma)
  • Author technical documentation and coordination deliverables
  • Mentor Digital Delivery staff and support team training initiatives
  • Provide input on project staffing, planning, and Digital Delivery scope
  • Serve as the primary Digital Delivery contact for clients on assigned projects

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

  • Two-year technical degree in an applicable discipline plus nine years of applicable experience preferred.
  • Or a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in a related field with 4-7 years of related experience preferred.
  • OR eleven years of applicable experience preferred.
  • Professional or industry certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks with experience in complex BIM coordination
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud (Forma)
  • Strong knowledge of BIM processes and multidisciplinary coordination
  • Proven ability to lead meetings and drive accountability across teams
  • Experience mentoring junior staff and supporting technical development
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-impact project environments
  • Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and Digital Delivery scope
  • Effective client relationship skills with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor
