Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, high-quality client services, and meaningful social impact. This role executes the company’s strategic goals by developing and implementing operational strategies, managing multiple departments, overseeing budgets, and leading teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Participate in the hiring, training, and development of departmental managers
  • Organize, oversee, and support departmental workflows and schedules
  • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
  • Address employee discipline and terminations in accordance with company policy
  • Implement the CEO’s vision and strategic objectives at an operational level
  • Lead, mentor, and train the management team
  • Develop strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining high-performing staff
Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establish and monitor quantitative and qualitative performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Analyze and improve business processes and operational procedures
  • Implement policies and procedures to improve daily operations
  • Ensure safe, adequate, and compliant work environments
  • Oversee multiple departments and ensure alignment with CEO-established goals
  • Communicate new directives, policies, and procedures clearly to leadership and staff
