Job description

Description

Build something that matters for Canadian businesses.

Our Team and what we'll accomplish together

We are the Marketing & Base Management team, an entrepreneurial squad on the Enterprise and Public Business team focused on driving growth, engagement, and customer success. As our mandate evolves, we are accelerating our digital transformation.

We're looking for a Senior Digital Growth Marketing Manager who will be the strategic architect of our digital demand generation engine. You will blend analytical performance marketing with content optimization to turn our website and digital channels into high-volume lead generation machines.

You'll have the autonomy to shape our digital strategy, run sophisticated paid and organic campaigns, and partner with top-tier vendors and platforms like LinkedIn to execute hyper-targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.

As a senior member of the Digital & Content Marketing pod, you will work closely with our content strategists to maximize the reach, ranking, and conversion of our marketing assets.

What you'll do

  • Own digital acquisition strategy: You'll own the end-to-end digital acquisition strategy for our portfolio, defining how we capture search intent, scale paid acquisition, and optimize our digital touchpoints to dramatically scale high-quality lead volume
  • Lead digital acquisition and search strategy: Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance tracking of our SEM (Google Ads) and SEO initiatives to maximize visibility and capture high-intent buyers
  • Drive targeted ABM campaigns: Partner directly with platform vendors (such as LinkedIn) and internal stakeholders to build, execute, and scale high-converting Account-Based Marketing campaigns targeted at key accounts
  • Enhance website conversion: Optimize website content structures, landing pages, and CTAs through strategic content placement and technical SEO enhancements to drive measurable lead volume
  • Build closed-loop attribution and performance dashboards: Solve our end-to-end tracking challenges by connecting digital campaign data with Salesforce CRM. Build comprehensive performance dashboards that monitor the full funnel-from keyword click to lead capture, sales response time (speed-to-lead), and ultimate revenue pipeline-ensuring every marketing dollar spent ties directly to business results
  • Collaborate on content amplification: Partner with our content strategy team to ensure thought leadership and brand assets are technically optimized for search engines and strategically distributed across paid channels.
  • Act as an AI-native marketer: Use advanced AI tools and platforms to accelerate content scaling, automate campaign workflows, conduct rapid competitive keyword analysis, and improve time-to-quality delivery across our digital operations
Qualifications

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing, with a proven track record of managing B2B demand generation and digital acquisition campaigns
  • Deep technical expertise in SEO and SEM: Proven success in scaling organic search rankings and managing high-performing paid search budgets
  • Paid Social & ABM mastery: Hands-on experience executing hyper-targeted campaign strategies via LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other B2B platforms
  • MarTech & CRM Proficiency: Advanced experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms. You have a proven track record of solving multi-touch attribution problems (e.g., tracking UTM parameters from ad click to lead routing) and building pipeline reports
  • Obsession with full-funnel accountability: A data-first mindset where you look beyond just "cost-per-lead" to monitor sales velocity, rep follow-up times, and pipeline conversion to prove marketing's direct impact on revenue.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to boost productivity, scale asset variations, optimize ad copy, or perform data analysis
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills: Ability to orchestrate third-party agencies and platform partners to achieve core KPIs

Great to have

  • Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, telecom, or high-growth industries
  • Familiarity with B2B sales motions, lead routing architectures, and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Bilingualism (English and French)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
