Job description

The Digital Paid Media Specialist is responsible for implementing marketing campaigns in digital mediums by establishing objectives, reporting, and media plans. This position will partner and collaborate with other teams to build acquisition campaigns to drive omnichannel growth.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Participate in the day-to-day implementation and optimization of paid marketing activities across digital channels (PPC, display, pre-roll, etc).
Optimize campaigns to meet the needs and direction of the merchandise and marketing teams (based on seasonality, product sales, new product launches, etc.).
Implement additional supplier campaigns with vendor reimbursement dollars as appropriate (seasonally, new product launches, etc).
Use Google Analytics, and other available tools, to evaluate campaigns by providing regular reporting, analysis and recommendations.
Conduct ongoing keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.
Stay up to date on the latest digital trends, tools and best practices and share information with other members of the digital team.
Ensure all aspects of campaigns are properly tracked and trafficked.
Partner with the in-house creative team to generate creative assets as needed for digital campaigns.
Provide administrative support to the Marketing team in the areas of invoice processing, budget tracking, and phone coverage.
Assist with special department projects at the direction of the Marketing Manager, Director or Vice President.
All other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience with and knowledge of online marketing and paid search advertising set-up and coordination (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Must present a professional company image and positive attitude.
Self-motivated and creative.
Comfortable in a TEAM-oriented work environment.
Desired:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business.
Experience and knowledge of online/digital marketing.
Automotive knowledge desired.
