Contract Period: Full-time, full-year, exempt position
Supervisor: Dean of Support Services
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred. A degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field will also be considered. Previous experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related field is preferred.
Profile of a Pinkerton Director of Admissions
Pinkerton Academy’s director of admissions plays an important role in the operation of the Academy. As an educational leader, the director of admissions assists with the management of the school and the implementation of Pinkerton Academy’s mission and vision. This individual oversees the admission and enrollment processes and is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions cycle, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the overall enrollment experience.
The director of admissions will use multimedia platforms such as social media and the Pinkerton website to market and highlight the Academy’s mission and vision, attracting students and families. Assisting with enrollment management, the director of admissions will show initiative by working independently on projects and guide the work of the admissions school counselor in collaboration with the school counseling director. This individual possesses a strong work ethic and is motivated to learn and grow digital marketing skills.
