  • This role supports day-to-day execution of integrated digital programs across social media, creator marketing, and paid social for major consumer brands within a fast-paced agency environment.
Job Summary
  • Execute integrated digital programs across organic social, paid social, and creator/influencer marketing for up to two client accounts simultaneously
  • Manage influencer and creator partnerships from planning through execution, including contract negotiations, creator briefing, and content co-creation
  • Develop and maintain editorial calendars, content strategies, and tactical timelines aligned to client objectives
  • Conduct trend research and social listening to surface actionable insights and opportunities for client programs
  • Analyze campaign performance data across platforms, synthesize findings into clear reports, and apply learnings to optimize ongoing programming
  • Support community management efforts and contribute to broader social media strategy across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate across internal teams while managing client-facing communications and contributing to presentations
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital, social media, or creator/influencer marketing role
  • Deep hands-on experience with influencer and creator campaigns across paid and earned models, spanning multiple tiers and channels, with direct 1:1 creator engagement (not through networks)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage performance measurement efforts, including engagement rate calculation, benchmark setting, and data synthesis
  • Strong copywriting skills with experience writing social media copy and creator briefs for brand clients
  • Proficiency across major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta, with a foundational understanding of paid social
  • Agency experience, preferably at a mid-to-large size agency
  • Experience working with regulated industries, including alcohol brands or similar categories requiring marketing compliance awareness
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to support multiple clients and projects concurrently
Preferred Qualifications:
