CUC America is seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Content Manager to lead the development and execution of content across our growing healthcare platform.


This individual will be responsible for building brand awareness, supporting patient acquisition initiatives, strengthening physician recruiting efforts, and enhancing the organization's digital presence across multiple healthcare brands and markets.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional storytelling and content creation skills with a strong understanding of social media strategy, analytics, healthcare marketing, and audience engagement. This role requires someone who can operate both strategically and tactically—developing content plans while also creating, editing, publishing, and measuring performance.


Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Brand Development

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company growth objectives. 
  • Create and maintain content calendars across multiple brands, physician practices, and service lines. 
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity. 
  • Partner with leadership to develop thought leadership content highlighting physicians, executives, and organizational initiatives. 
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts. 

Social Media Management

Manage and grow organizational presence across:

  • LinkedIn

  • Write compelling copy tailored to each social media platform. 

Video & Digital Media

  • Create short-form video content for social media campaigns. 
  • Edit videos, reels, interviews, and promotional content. 
  • Coordinate production of physician interviews, educational videos, and corporate      announcements. 

Analytics & Performance

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics. 
  • Monitor engagement, audience growth, impressions, and conversion metrics. 
  • Provide monthly reporting and strategic recommendations. 
  • Utilize data insights to optimize future campaigns and content strategies. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with recruiting teams to support physician and clinical staff recruitment      campaigns. 
  • Work with operations and clinical leadership to highlight practice achievements      and patient outcomes. 
  • Support  acquisition announcements, new clinic launches, and community outreach      initiatives. 
  • Collaborate  with external marketing agencies and vendors as needed.
