POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing the company’s digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, improve customer engagement, and support revenue growth across target markets. This role manages day-to-day execution across digital channels, optimizes campaign performance through analytics, and collaborates cross-functionally with product management, sales, and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role combines strategy, execution, campaign tracking, analytics, and continuous optimization to strengthen market presence and accelerate demand generation.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Support and execute the annual digital marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.

  • Build and execute integrated campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.

  • Establish channel mix and investment priorities based on target audiences and performance data.

  • Translate customer insights and market trends into digital engagement strategies.

Demand Generation & Channel Management

  •  Execute and monitor digital campaigns across key channels:

    • Website

    • Email marketing

    • Paid search (SEM)

    • Organic search (SEO)

    • Social media

    • Display and retargeting

    • Marketing automation

  • Develop and execute lead generation programs to support sales pipeline growth.

  • Partner with sales and product teams to activate digital tactics around product launches and strategic initiatives.

Website & Customer Experience

  • Own website performance, content optimization, and conversion improvements.

  • Improve customer journey and conversion paths through testing and optimization.

  • Ensure digital assets reflect brand positioning and messaging.

Data, Analytics & Optimization

  • Define and track KPIs including:

    • Website traffic

    • Conversion rate

    • Marketing qualified leads (MQLs)

    • Cost per lead

    • Pipeline contribution

    • Campaign ROI

    • Engagement metrics

  • Build dashboards and reporting cadence for leadership.

  • Use insights and testing to continuously improve performance.

Content & Marketing Operations

  • Partner with product teams and external agencies to develop digital content plans.

  • Manage marketing technology stack (CRM, automation, analytics tools).

  • Establish campaign workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, customer service, and external agencies.

  • Influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.

  • Support capability building across the broader marketing organization.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.

Experience/Skills:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing required, preferably within B2B manufacturing, industrial, or technical products.

  • Poven experience developing, executing and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns using SEO/SEM, marketing automation, CRM platforms and conversion optimization techniques to drive lead generation required.

  • Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience leveraging website analytics, campaign reporting, and performance data to generate insights, and improve marketing effectiveness required.

  • Proficiency using creative and advertising production tools to develop, edit, and optimize digital marketing assets and advertisements across channels, including image, video, and display formats while maintaining brand consistency and improving campaign performance required.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills required.

  • High level of results-driven ownership, teamwork, and positive attitude required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google analytics, Google ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Dynamics 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
