About the Role

The Director of Digital Marketing Technology is responsible for developing, optimizing, and governing the marketing technology ecosystem that supports demand generation, digital customer experience, product marketing, CRM operations, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This leader will align tools, processes, and integrations to accelerate growth for a multi-brand foodservice and hygiene healthcare portfolio, driving efficiencies that improve marketing performance, sales enablement, and customer engagement.

 Location: This role will be located ON-SITE at our corporate office in either Lodi, NJ or Oklahoma City, OK

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Technology Strategy

  • Define and maintain the enterprise marketing technology roadmap aligned to business priorities, digital transformation goals, and brand growth plans.
  • Evaluate emerging platforms and tools in areas such as automation, personalization, analytics, content management, and digital advertising.
  • Ensure technology scalability across diverse verticals (foodservice, healthcare, hygiene).

Platform Management & Optimization

  • Own the architecture, implementation, and integration of platforms including:
    • CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
    • CMS (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore)
    • DAM, PIM, SEO tools, data enrichment platforms, analytics dashboards, and ERP data connections.
  • Improve system performance, data quality, workflows, lead management, and reporting insights.

Governance & Data Integrity

  • Establish governance protocols around data capture, segmentation, privacy compliance (GDPR, HIPAA considerations), and lifecycle.
  • Partner with IT to ensure security standards and reliable system architecture.
  • Drive cross-brand data standardization to enable unified reporting.

Sales Enablement

  • Oversee connectivity between marketing systems and CRM-driven sales workflows.
  • Automate handoff processes, lead scoring, and intent-based routing.
  • Provide visibility into funnel health, conversion metrics, and revenue attribution.

Digital Customer Experience

  • Support digital product catalog experiences, configurators, content syndication, and sample request flows.
  • Drive personalization strategies across web, email, and channel partner ecosystems.
  • Enable customer journey mapping and optimization.

Analytics & Performance Insights

  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for multi-brand performance tracking.
  • Translate data into recommendations for campaign optimization, product focus, and content strategy.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales to validate attribution models.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Success, Ecommerce, and Operations.
  • Train marketing teams on platform capabilities, measurement practices, and automation workflows.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate platform contracts.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8–12+ years of marketing operations or marketing technology experience, ideally in B2B manufacturing, healthcare, or foodservice industries.
  • Proven success implementing martech platforms across distributed business units.
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Lead lifecycle & scoring
    • CRM architecture
    • Multi-touch attribution
    • Funnel analytics
    • Data enrichment and governance
  • Experience managing marketing technology budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with field sales teams and distributor networks.
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance and foodservice regulatory landscapes.
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations and product data management workflows.
