This position is located in Eau Claire, WI.


Primary Responsibilitiesย 

  • Develops and implements ROI-focused marketing strategies that align with CCFBank's business objectives, with a specific emphasis on driving growth in the business banking (B2B) sector.
  • Leads integrated marketing campaigns that generates qualified leads, increases market share, and delivers measurable revenue growth.
  • Leverages data analytics and marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns, ensuring a clear connection between marketing efforts and business outcomes.
  • Oversees brand management, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborates closely with the commercial banking, sales, and product teams to create targeted marketing initiatives that support B2B customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitors market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, particularly in the small-to-mid-sized business sector.
  • Accomplishes department objectives by supervising teams and organizing and monitoring work processes.
  • Manages and optimizes the marketing budget with a focus on maximizing ROI and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Oversees the use of digital marketing, CRM tools, and marketing automation systems to drive efficiency and scale marketing efforts.
  • Provides regular reports on marketing KPIs, ROI, and growth metrics to the CBO and/or senior leadership team.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains any related Bank policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with the Bank's Marketing Plan and Program requirements.
  • Assumes responsibility for special projects; gathers data and prepares reports for Senior Management, audits, and other personnel.

Minimum Education Qualificationsย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.ย 
    • Note: Seven (7) years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Five (5) years of marketing experience.
  • Two (2) years in a leadership role focusing on measurable growth and ROI.
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, CRM systems, and marketing analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect marketing strategies to sales outcomes and business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing performance tools, data analytics, Excel and CRM systems to track and report on ROI.
