Job description

The Digital Marketing Associate will play an integral role in building Diversified Power's digital marketing capabilities across all product lines. This role will report to the President with a focus on digital content management, creation, and including ratings and reviews campaigns. This role has the opportunity to expand its scope to include social media management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintenance and Content Creation
  • Lead enhanced content creation for existing items.
  • Perform web design, web development, CRO and SEO.
  • Execute product sampling programs for existing items.
  • Coordinate with customer service team to ensure questions and reviews are getting timely responses.
  • Deliver monthly reporting on status of new review programs, commonly seen consumer concerns or complaints, and general insights to be shared with the product development organization.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Work with eCommerce sales teams to implement, track, and report on digital marketing programs.
  • Work to manage social media campaigns including social post reviews and approvals.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
  • 2 Years of experience handling elements of content and omni digital marketing campaigns preferred.
  • Experience working with SEO platforms, WordPress, and other related platforms preferred.
  • Proficiency in social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest preferred.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with an interest in eCommerce and/or Digital Marketing
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player, detail oriented, and organized.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments to anticipate and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in Excel, and skilled in the use of Microsoft office software including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must reside in Tri-Cities TN.
