SUMMARY

Reliable Heating & Air is seeking a strategic and performance-driven Marketing Manager with strong digital marketing expertise to support growth across our US brands. This role blends broad marketing management responsibilities with a strong focus on growth marketing, lead generation, analytics, and digital performance.

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this individual will oversee a multi-million-dollar digital marketing budget and help drive customer acquisition across multiple brands and markets. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, collaborative, creative, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.

This role will manage a team of three direct reports, including a Digital Marketing Analyst, and will work closely with agency partners, internal stakeholders, operations, finance, creative, and leadership teams to optimize lead generation, campaign performance, and marketing efficiency.

The right candidate has a strong understanding of performance marketing and customer acquisition while also being able to operate as a well-rounded marketing leader across brand, operations, reporting, vendor management, and strategic initiatives.

Salary: 90K -110K DOE


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Leadership & Marketing Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small marketing team
  • Partner with Director in managing and optimizing a $5M+ digital marketing budget across multiple brands and channels.
  • Support overall marketing budget management across multiple brands, including budget pacing, vendor coordination, invoice reconciliation, and spend tracking.
  • Collaborate with agency partners, internal creative resources, and vendors to execute and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, leadership, and creative teams to support growth initiatives and marketing performance.
  • Collaborate on broader marketing initiatives including sponsorship activations, local promotions, events, and brand campaigns.
  • Support integration and transition efforts related to acquisitions, new locations, platform migrations, and evolving marketing systems.

Growth Marketing & Digital Performance

  • Oversee paid search, LSAs, paid social, SEO, retargeting, and other digital customer acquisition initiatives with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
  • Develop testing strategies across creative, landing pages, targeting, offers, and new channels to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Drive website optimization efforts focused on conversion rate improvement and customer experience.
  • Support marketing technology integrations, CRM workflows, automation initiatives, and lead tracking improvements.
  • Support customer lifecycle marketing initiatives including email, SMS, membership retention, reactivation, and database-driven campaigns focused on lead generation, retention, and customer value growth.
  • Oversee online reputation and review-generation initiatives across multiple brands and locations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels and lead quality across all brands and markets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs while identifying trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, automation, reporting efficiency, and team workflows using emerging tools and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Stay current on evolving digital marketing trends, AI-enabled tools, consumer behavior shifts, and platform changes.

Analytics, Reporting & Strategic Insights

  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and provide recurring performance updates to leadership.
  • Prepare recurring executive-level reporting and presentations across multiple brands, including lead performance, campaign insights, budget pacing, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign, customer, and market data to develop actionable recommendations that improve lead generation, customer acquisition, and marketing efficiency.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing with strong exposure to digital marketing, growth marketing, and lead generation.
  • Experience managing significant digital advertising budgets and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Experience with email marketing, CRM/customer database marketing, and customer lifecycle campaigns preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LSAs, SEO, paid social, website analytics, GA4, GTM, and marketing attribution.
  • Experience leading agencies, vendors, or small internal teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
  • Experience in home services, multi-location businesses, or high-consideration consumer products/services is a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/marketing platforms preferred.
