Job description

Wavelynx Technologiesis a global leader in the access control industry, specializing in the design and manufacturing of cutting-edge electronics for credentialing and access control.


Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Sr. Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist will own our digital presence end-to-end, from social media and our website to AI and paid strategy and branded collateral. This person will support the execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across all digital platforms.
This role operates within a small, agile marketing team and serves as a hub for campaigns, content, analytics, social, and other digital experiences. He/she will be involved in website updates, email marketing, social media, SEO/ADO, analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and demand generation.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable learning new systems independently. The role is well-suited for someone with a startup mentality who enjoys solving problems, wearing multiple hats, and moving projects forward. Success requires initiative, collaboration, creative judgment, operational thinking, strong design instincts, and a willingness to continuously learn as modern marketing practices evolve.
Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing

  • Develop an email optimization strategy that includes setting up automated nurture workflows by product, industry, and/or intent signal
  • Support content and product marketing managers with email campaigns by designing and executing outbound campaigns
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted audience marketing. This includes working with marketing managers to create, edit, and optimize digital marketing content.

Website Management

  • Collaborate on website redesign project from kickoff to launch
  • Build, edit, and optimize web pages using CMS/page-builder tools (e.g. Webflow)
  • Manage tagging, attribution, and tracking implementation to ensure clean data, and HubSpot integrations and automation lead playbooks
  • Manage day-to-day website updates
  • Apply SEO/AEO best practices, keyword optimization, and user-focused formatting across digital content.

Social Media Management

  • Develop a social media strategy, including paid and organic, that generates leads and drives awareness and engagement for Wavelynx and the LEAF Community.
  • Manage the execution and reporting of the social media content calendar
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns to optimize results

Creative Design

  • Design and produce digital and print marketing materials, including datasheets, brochures, one-pagers, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Ensure all materials are on-brand and tailored to our industry and customer targets.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Report out on SEM Rush content and industry signals during marketing content calendar sprint cycles. Provide recommendations on content to drive AI and search engine optimization
  • Monitor and report out on digital KPIs while helping to identify optimization opportunities and actionable insights from all sources (G4, Hubspot, SEM)

Other Responsibilities

  • Support with industry-related events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, and digital event efforts

Must Have Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience in paid digital marketing with a focus on paid social (LinkedIn) - 3- 6 years
  • Intermediate graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar)
  • Proficient in Webflow
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and a data-driven mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfortable presenting concepts and deliverables to internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, workflows, and deadlines.
  • Passion for the digital marketing industry and its best practices, staying ahead of trends and technologies, especially around AI tools to improve content creation, analytics, and campaign efficiency
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, or lean-team environment where adaptability and self-direction are required

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

  • Experience with additional paid media platforms such as YouTube, Meta, Reddit, and Google Ads
  • Certification with GA4 or other relevant platforms
  • Background in the security industry


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field required, or equivalent paid experience
  • 3-5 years plus experience in digital marketing, growth marketing and web optimization, marketing communications, content marketing, email marketing, or other related roles

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
  • Ability to travel, roughly 15%


Salary and Benefits

  • Base salary of $95,000-$110,000
