How you will support the team:

The Digital Channel Manager (Marketing) is responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization
of Medallion Bank's digital lead generation channels, with a primary focus on paid search, affiliate
marketing, SEO, social media, and emerging digital acquisition channels. This role partners closely
with Sales, Product, and Compliance to deliver high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective leads that
support growth across Home Improvement Lending, Recreation Lending, and other strategic
business verticals.


What we are looking for:

Digital Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel digital lead generation strategies
    aligned with annual growth targets.
  • Own performance across paid search (Google Ads/Bing), affiliate, SEO, paid & organic social,
    retargeting, and other emerging digital channels.
  • Translate business goals into channel-level budgets, forecasts, and performance targets.


Paid Search & Performance Media

  • Manage paid search campaigns end-to-end, including keyword strategy, ad copy, landing
    page alignment, bid strategy, and A/B testing.
  • Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders to drive efficient CPCs, MQL, and
    SQLs, and maintain lead quality standards.


Affiliate & Partner Marketing

  • Manage affiliate and publisher relationships, sourcing new partners while optimizing existing
    programs.
  • Monitor traffic quality, fraud prevention, attribution accuracy, and ROI across affiliate
    channels.
  • Coordinate offers, tracking, payouts, and compliance approvals for all affiliate initiatives.


SEO & Organic Growth

  • Partner with IT and other external vendors to drive SEO strategy, technical enhancements,
    and content optimization.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, AI/answer-engine visibility, and on-site
    performance.
  • Ensure SEO initiatives align with brand standards, disclosures, and compliance requirements.


Social & Digital Engagement

  • Support paid and organic social initiatives that drive lead capture and mid-funnel
    engagement.
  • Test new audiences, creative formats, and platforms to expand reach within target
    contractor, dealer, financial service providers, and consumer segments.


Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Own digital funnel reporting from click to lead to activation, working closely with Sales and Marketing Operations.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
  • Regularly present channel performance, insights, and recommendations to marketing
    leadership.


Tools, Platforms & Compliance

  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, or comparable tools) to
    route, score, and nurture leads.
  • Ensure all digital advertising and lead capture initiatives meet banking, regulatory, and
    advertising compliance standards.
  • Maintain disciplined documentation and approvals for creative, messaging, and disclosures.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Compliance teams.
  • Support campaign launches, events, product initiatives, and seasonal promotional strategies.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and ownership in supporting priorities that further the success of the
    bank.

  • Experience working with agencies, affiliates, and third-party vendors.

    Console, Marketing CRMs, and other SEO tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with B2B financial product marketing, specifically in home improvement or
    recreation lending.
  • Familiarity with financial performance metrics and budget management.
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into customer-friendly messaging.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.


What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 - 3+ years of experience directly managing digital paid media campaigns
    within paid search, social and/or affiliate channels, preferably in banking, financial services,
    fintech, or regulated industries professional experience.


Physical environment, demands, and requirements:

  • In office work required with some hybrid work permitted.
  • Overtime and some travel may be required periodically.
