Job description

Marketing Director– Creative & Digital Strategy

Regional Insurance Group | Fort Worth, Texas

Full-Time | In-Office | $120,000 Annual Salary

Position Overview

A growing regional insurance group based in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking an experienced, creative, and highly capable Marketing Director to lead and execute the organization’s marketing efforts across television, digital, social media, AI, web, and event marketing.

This is a hands-on, multifaceted role for someone who can take a marketing initiative from concept to completion. The Marketing Director will be responsible for the creative development, production, placement, execution, management, and measurement of campaigns across multiple channels.

This is not a position focused solely on managing outside agencies or directing a large internal marketing department. We are looking for an individual who can both develop the strategy and execute the work, while effectively managing outside vendors, media partners, production resources, and other specialists when needed.

The Marketing Director will work directly with the C-suite and company ownership, making this a highly visible position with significant influence over the company's brand, messaging, and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Director will have primary responsibility for marketing initiatives across the organization, including:

  • Television Advertising: Develop campaign concepts, messaging, scripts, creative direction, production, media placement, budgeting, and performance management.
  • Social Media: Develop and manage organic and paid social media strategies, content, campaigns, audience development, and performance measurement.
  • Digital Advertising & PPC: Manage digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, display, retargeting, and other online acquisition channels.
  • SEO: Manage and continuously improve the company's organic search strategy, website optimization, search rankings, and content strategy.
  • Website Content: Oversee website messaging, landing pages, campaign content, updates, and ongoing optimization.
  • AI & Emerging Technology: Identify and implement practical uses of AI in marketing, including content creation, campaign development, customer engagement, analytics, automation, and marketing efficiency.
  • Event Marketing: Plan and execute company events, sponsorships, customer and partner events, promotional initiatives, and related marketing materials.
  • Creative Development: Personally lead the development of marketing concepts, messaging, branding, advertising creative, and campaign direction.
  • Production Management: Manage projects from initial concept through final production, including coordination with designers, video producers, media companies, printers, agencies, and other vendors.
  • Media Placement: Develop and manage media plans across television, digital, social, and other channels.
  • Campaign Management: Own campaigns from cradle to grave — concept, budgeting, creative, production, placement, launch, monitoring, optimization, and final performance analysis.
  • Performance & Analytics: Establish measurable objectives and regularly report campaign performance, ROI, lead generation, customer acquisition, web traffic, and other key marketing metrics to executive leadership.
  • Brand Management: Maintain consistency and quality across all company brands, marketing channels, and customer-facing communications.

What We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in an environment where the Marketing Director wears multiple hats. You should be equally comfortable discussing strategy with company ownership in the morning and reviewing a television commercial, adjusting a digital campaign, working on website content, or preparing for an event later that day.

Required qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated professional marketing experience with significant responsibility for developing and executing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and PPC/digital advertising.
  • Experience developing and managing television advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, including both organic and paid campaigns.
  • Experience managing website content and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Understanding of current and emerging AI tools and their practical application to marketing.
  • Experience coordinating creative production and outside vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, deadlines, and marketing channels simultaneously.
  • Strong written, verbal, creative, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with senior executives and company ownership.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and ROI.
  • A portfolio of previous marketing and creative work is required as part of the application process.

Insurance or financial-services marketing experience is beneficial but is not required for an exceptional candidate with strong multi-channel marketing experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $120,000 annually
  • Healthcare: Employee-paid healthcare plan available
  • Paid Time Off: Earned PTO
  • Employment: Full-time
  • Location: Fort Worth, Texas
  • Work Arrangement: 100% in-office; this is not a remote or hybrid position

Start Date

The selected candidate must be available to begin employment no later than October 1, 2026.

Who Will Succeed in This Position

This role is best suited for an experienced marketer who enjoys owning the entire marketing process rather than being responsible for only one specialized area.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, create compelling ideas, execute those ideas, manage vendors and media partners, measure results, and continuously improve performance.

The right individual will have the confidence and experience to work directly with executive leadership while remaining willing to personally handle the day-to-day work required to move campaigns from an idea on a whiteboard to a finished advertisement in the marketplace.

To apply, please submit your résumé and a portfolio or examples of relevant marketing work.
