Position Summaryย 

We'reย looking for a sharp marketing manager to manage our digital media efforts with the goalย ofย increasedย awareness and engagement amongst contracting companies who manage a 1099 workforce. This person will also manage our Marketplace program, a role that sits at the intersection of partner sales, program development, analytics, and IC vendor success.ย ย 

Responsibilitiesย 

Digital Media Managementย 

  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns acrossย paid mediaย channelsย (ex. Google, LinkedIn)ย 

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing to improve performanceย 

  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and spend allocation to maximize ROIย ย 

  • Implement andย maintainย conversion tracking and ensure data accuracyย ย 

  • Manage inbound lead flow process from AI SDR tool,ย to HubSpot lead routing, to landing page CROย 

  • Continuously test new strategies, creatives, and channels to scale performanceย 

  • Monitor andย optimizeย campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS)ย 

  • Analyze results and report on campaign performance, provide comprehensive insights and optimization recommendationsย 

  • Stay current on evolving digital marketing trends, emerging channels, and AI-driven tools to continuously improve performance andย identifyย new growth opportunitiesย 

Marketplace Managementย ย 

  • Prospect, negotiate,ย andย close new, exclusiveย partner agreementsย 

  • Reconcileย monthly partnerย reportsย ย ย 

  • Champion marketplace visibility acrossย owned and earnedย channelsย 

  • Collaborate with SAMsย andย Salesย teamsย toย weave marketplace into core value proposition forย clients andย prospectsย 

  • Monitor engagement rates, develop insights, and make proper optimizationsย 

  • Ensureย marketplaceย UX is kept up to date with latest partners/offersย 

  • Manage 3rd-party experience provider to ensure high engagementย ย 

  • Manage rewards budget (giftcardsย and sweepstakes) to drive repeat visitsย 

Skills and Knowledgeย 

  • 5+ yearsย owningย digital mediaย managementย ย 

  • Experienceย building andย managingย Google Adsย campaignsย 

  • Experienceย managing a website (HubSpot CMSย a plus)ย ย ย 

  • Experienceย building creative assetsย (Canva a plus)ย ย 

  • Experienceย maintainingย affiliate marketingย relationships and/orย loyaltyย programsย 

  • Self-starter who thrives with ownership and a lean, fast-movingย team structureย 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesย 

  • Strongย collaboration skillsย
