Job description

Digital Marketing Specialist
ISI is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support multi-channel marketing campaigns that will span strategic email marketing campaigns, inbound marketing, website conversion optimization, and paid media. This role will support lead generation efforts, driving qualified traffic into the funnel and nurturing each step of their buyer journey, while developing real fluency in the DIB security/compliance landscape so every campaign is grounded in the market we sell into.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns from initial concept through performance measurement
  • Build and launch email campaigns and nurture sequences in HubSpot, ensuring accurate segmentation, messaging, and tracking
  • Write and edit marketing copy including emails, landing pages, one-pagers, and campaign assets in the ISI brand voice
  • Bring campaign ideas and creative angles to the table — surface opportunities and point of view rather than waiting to be told what to build
  • Stay on top of emerging AI tools and applications to drive efficiency and creativity across campaigns
  • Monitor performance at every stage of the funnel  and report on what's working and what needs to change
  • Assist with day-to-day HubSpot administration tasks and list management
  • Support the creation and optimization of webinars, landing pages, and SEO/AEO-driven content to expand reach and capture demand
Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • 3+years of experience in marketing campaign execution (B2B)
  • Demonstrable copywriting skills (across email, landing pages, and short-form campaign assets) and a genuine desire to learn and master a brand's specific voice
  • An eye for clean, effective web design and user experience
  • Comfortable working across multiple channels and tools rather than specializing in one lane
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
  • A track record of proposing and pushing forward your own campaign ideas — this is not a ticket-taker role
  • Data-oriented — able to analyze campaign and funnel data, and go beyond reporting numbers to make recommendations based on what's working
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, compliance or government contracting spaces
  • Experience with analytics and marketing reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
Hybrid
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
