Job description

ABOUT RYZE AGENCY

Ryze Agency is a fast-growing boutique digital marketing agency managing a growing portfolio of health, wellness, and consumer brands. We're part of a two-city agency family alongside Jekyll + Hyde Labs — a Detroit-based, full-service CPG and direct response agency founded in 1996 that has helped 100+ brands generate billions in sales through TV, infomercials, and retail launches. Together we bring the firepower of a major agency network with the speed and focus of a boutique.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who lives in the numbers but understands the bigger picture. We already have automation doing the routine work — what we need is someone sharp enough to know what good looks like, decisive enough to act on data fast, and accountable enough to own the outcome. This is a high-trust role for someone who doesn't need to be managed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (primary), Google, and other relevant platforms
  • Monitor performance daily and optimize budgets, targeting, creative, and bidding with urgency
  • Own pacing and efficiency, no surprises at end of month
  • Work alongside AI-powered media tools, know when to trust them and when to step in
  • Partner with creative teams to brief, iterate, and improve ad creative based on performance data
  • Design and execute structured A/B tests across creative, audiences, offers, and funnels
  • Translate performance metrics into clear, actionable takeaways for internal teams and clients
  • Stay current on Meta platform changes and best practices and move on them quickly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, agency background strongly preferred
  • Deep fluency in Meta Ads Manager; Google Ads and analytics platforms (GA4, Triple Whale, or equivalent) a strong plus
  • Strong analytical mind, you look at a dashboard and know what to do next
  • You understand the relationship between creative, targeting, and conversion, not just dashboards
  • Clear communicator who can explain results without jargon or excuses
  • Curious about AI tools and how they're changing media buying and already experimenting with them
  • Health, wellness, eCommerce, or DTC experience a bonus
  • High standards for your own work and a low tolerance for sloppy execution

YOU ARE

  • A systems thinker who builds frameworks, not just campaigns
  • Accountable, you own outcomes not just activities
  • Someone who catches problems before being told something is broken
  • Decisive under pressure with incomplete information
  • Independently motivated, you know what needs to get done and you do it

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Campaigns are well-structured, actively optimized, and improving month over month
  • Clients understand where their ad dollars are going and why
  • Creative testing is consistent and informed by real performance data
  • Budgets are paced correctly and issues are caught early, never late
  • The team trusts your instincts and relies on you as the paid media authority

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Hybrid work environment based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL
  • Access to cutting-edge AI tools and a team that takes innovation seriously
  • Real ownership, your decisions directly drive client results and agency growth
  • A culture that rewards sharp thinking, independence, and people who take initiative

Company Description

Ryze Agency is a fast-growing boutique digital marketing agency with a portfolio of health, wellness, and consumer brands — and a sister company, Jekyll & Hyde, in Detroit. We've built AI-powered infrastructure, automated campaign systems, and performance workflows that put execution on autopilot so our team can focus on what actually moves the needle. We're expanding, and we hire people who are genuinely excited to be at the front of that.

We believe the future belongs to the curious—those agile enough to adapt, test, and evolve as the landscape changes. Curiosity is a competitive advantage, and at Ryze, it’s part of the job description.
