This is not a pure design role as it requires someone who is equally comfortable producing polished brand materials and rolling up their sleeves to support trade show coordination, internal communications, and event logistics. The ideal candidate brings formal design training, a collaborative spirit, and the organizational acumen to keep multiple workstreams moving in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.**This Role:** A design-capable marketing generalist who can produce high-quality Roto brand materials while actively contributing to trade show preparation, internal communications, social content, and team events. This person works closely with the Director of Marketing and VP of Brand & Culture and serves as a key production and coordination resource across the department.# **Primary Responsibilities**## **Brand & Visual Identity*** Maintain and apply Roto’s brand standards across all design outputs (print collateral, presentations, proposals, and digital assets)* Design and format business development proposals, qualifications packages, and pitch decks in collaboration with the BD and marketing team.* Produce trade show graphics, signage, promotional materials, and event collateral.* Create social media graphics and email marketing assets in support of the content team.* Manage website visual updates and digital campaign assets in coordination with the digital marketing manager.* Lead the design and production of Roto's branded merchandise shop twice yearly, working directly with vendors to develop and deliver items that reflect the Roto brand.**Trade Show & Event Coordination*** Support the Director of Marketing in the coordination and logistics of Roto’s trade show calendar, which includes 10+ conferences and industry events annually.* Manage design deliverables and production timelines for trade show booth graphics, handouts, and branded materials.* Assist with pre-show planning checklists, vendor coordination, and post-show follow-up.* Track deadlines, deliverables, and logistics across multiple simultaneous events with strong organizational discipline.**Internal Communications & Content*** Design and produce internal communications materials, including team announcements, department updates, and onboarding materials.* Support the development of Roto’s quarterly newsletter, including layout, formatting, and visual production.* Assist in formatting thought leadership content, award submissions, and association publications for external distribution.* Maintain organized shared asset libraries and file systems for marketing and BD team use.**Social Media & Content Collaboration*** Collaborate with the digital content creator to produce visual assets for Roto and Prototype social media channels.* Assist with content scheduling, caption drafting, and asset management for social platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram.* Contribute visual support to campaign rollouts, project announcements, and milestone posts.* Ensure all social content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across channels.**Collaboration & Workflow*** Partner closely with the VP of Brand & Culture, content team, and BD staff to prioritize and execute design and coordination requests.* Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines with clear communication and proactive follow-through.* Receive and incorporate feedback with professionalism and a collaborative spirit.* Participate in team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and contribute ideas for improving department workflows and outputs.## Qualifications# **Qualifications & Competencies*** Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.* 3+ years of professional experience in an agency / creative services environment.* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.* Strong command of print production, typography, layout, and brand design principles.* Experience designing proposals, pitch decks, or capabilities packages is a significant plus.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)* Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines independently.* Strong organizational skills and comfort managing logistics alongside creative work.* A portfolio that reflects range and craft across print and digital formats.* Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude. #J-18808-Ljbffr
