Reporting to the Senior Director, Capability Acceleration, this role focuses on translating enterprise capability strategy into scalable, actionable programs that enable individuals, teams, and functions to perform at their best.

This role is ideal for a strategic and executionfocused leader who brings a strong background in capability building, learning innovation, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will excel at connecting business needs to practical solutions, leveraging modern learning approaches, and driving measurable outcomes through capability investments. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and People & Culture partners to ensure capability development is integrated into how we grow and develop talent across The CocaCola system.

Strategy Translation & Capability Planning
Translate enterprise capability acceleration strategy into clear, actionable roadmaps and programs that address priority capability gaps
Contribute to the evolution of capability frameworks by incorporating feedback, insights, and external market trends

Stakeholder Partnership & Talent Integration
Partner with business leaders and People & Culture teams to identify capability needsand cocreatescalable solutions aligned to functional and regional priorities

Program Design, Delivery & Partnerships

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in capability development, learning and development, organizational development, or talent management
Proven experience designing and delivering capability programs with measurable impact on business performance
Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies, including digital learning, blended approaches, and experiential development
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable, practical development solutions
Experience working in a matrixed environment and collaborating with crossfunctional stakeholders
Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, execution, and governance
Data literacy skills, with the ability to analyze capability metrics and translate insights into action
Familiarity with artificial intelligence and digital tools in learning and workforce development
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
