Job Summary
Calcium+Company is an independent healthcare communications agency. We partner with pharma and life sciences brands on creative, content, media, and strategy โ€” work that shows up across HCP, DTC, and patient experience.
Cobalt is the team within Calcium+Company that makes that work smarter โ€” combining data, development, analytics, and AI to give our creative and strategy teams new capabilities, and our clients new advantages.
We're looking for a Director who can help lead what Cobalt builds and how it shows up in the work โ€” a hands-on technology and innovation leader who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data, and applied AI.
The role
Reporting to the EVP, Technology & Intelligence, you'll help bring Cobalt's AI and technology vision to life โ€” partnering closely with our creative, content, strategy, media, and account teams to deliver work that wins for clients.
Three areas you'll focus on:

  • Product delivery. You'll help shape and execute the product roadmap for Cobalt's AI offerings โ€” capability priorities, releases, and adoption across client engagements
  • Cross-discipline partnership. Engineering, applied AI, and data science teams will look to you to set the bar for delivery โ€” and you'll work hand-in-hand with creative, content, strategy, and media leaders to embed AI and technology into the work
  • Client engagement. You'll be in the room with senior pharma marketers โ€” pitches, brand-planning sessions, and conferences โ€” explaining what Cobalt's AI and technology can do for their brands and campaigns
