  • Help prepare and maintain status reports, meeting agendas, and recap/contact notes for internal and client-facing meetings
  • Assist with project management tasks such as maintaining timelines, task trackers, and workback schedules across multiple workstreams
  • Support budget tracking and reconciliation, including monitoring hours, estimates, and invoicing alongside account and finance teams
  • Coordinate with creative, media, digital, and strategy teams to keep projects moving and ensure deliverables meet client expectations
  • Conduct client and competitor research and analysis to inform account strategy and planning
  • Participate in internal team and client meetings, taking notes and following up on action items
  • Help prepare client-facing materials such as recap decks, presentations, and reports
  • Learn the fundamentals of scoping, estimating, and resource planning

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Currently pursuing a full-time undergraduate degree; preference given to marketing, advertising, business, communications, or related majors, but all majors will be considered
  • Prior internship experience in account management, client services, project management, or marketing is a plus
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • A proven interest in client service and the business side of marketing and advertising
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and the ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings within an in-person and/or hybrid setting
  • Excellent attention to detail, including proofreading
  • A positive, service-oriented attitude and strong sense of accountability
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

Requirements
