Job description

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Digital & Design, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

 
Job responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Facilitates the delivery process for major project deliverables including Project Plan, Business and Functional Requirements, Analysis & Design (participation and sign-off), Internal and External readiness & post go-live support to clients, utilizing shareable project manager tools to manage and create visible progress updates for key stakeholders.
  • Manages project initiatives supported on global client-facing platforms. This includes managing projects on a day-to-day basis to deliver on-time and on-budget per business specifications
  • Supports the development and approval of the project's business case
  • Manages project life cycle phases, such as Initiation, Development (requirements, design, build, test), and Implementation (implementation and project closure)
  • Coordinates and leads "virtual team" resources located in multiple global locations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes 
  • Direct and manage business partners, technology resources, subject matter experts, user interface design, QA, UAT, and all other groups involved in the end-to-end process needed to define, design and deploy product capabilities
  • Strong communication skills with both verbal and written 
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Possesses knowledge of electronic banking products and systems, including high and low volume payment systems (SWIFT, Money Transfer, ACH)
  • Demonstrates strong relationship management skills. Proven ability to quickly build trust and rapport with others in order to structure problems, build consensus, negotiate agreement with strong influencing skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects in a way that reduces risk, enables communication strategy, ensures predictable results, meets or exceeds its timeline
  • Vets processes/capabilities to deliver end to end client experience, ensures operational readiness and that impact analysis is complete.
  • Possesses a strategic mindset, with a can-do attitude and drive to get things done. Exhibits high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and commitment to task;
  • Power user of office automation and project management tools including MS Powerpoint, MS Project, and Visio
