As a Home Shopping Department Manager, you will lead daily fulfillment operations, ensure accurate and timely order completion, and support strong customer satisfaction while driving digital sales growth. Bring your passion for customer service, organization, and operational excellence to a role where you manage highvolume fulfillment operations, support your team, and ensure every customer order is accurate, on time, and handled with care. 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Oversee all daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and customerfocused order fulfillment  

  • Deliver an exceptional pickup and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally  

  • Coordinate endtoend fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination (where applicable)  

  • Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems  

  • Monitor key performance metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, ontime completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction  

  • Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations  

  • Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and outofstocks impacting orders  

  • Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture  

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards 

We are looking for candidates who possess the following: 

Soft skills: 

  • Strong customerservice focus with excellent communication skills 

  • Effective people management, coaching, and teambuilding abilities 

  • Strong organization, time management, and problemsolving skills 

  • Ability to manage work in a fastpaced, highvolume environment 

Competencies: 

  • Digital order fulfillment and pickup/delivery operations 

  • Labor planning, scheduling, and productivity management 

  • Performance metric tracking and continuous improvement 

  • Operational standards, food safety, and compliance execution 

Knowledge: 

  • Retail, ecommerce, or Home Shopping operations 

  • Store systems, handheld technology, and fulfillment platforms 

Abilities: 

  • Ability to review performance data and take corrective action 

  • Ability to train, coach, and develop associates 

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperature environments 

  • Travel requirements: None 

  • Other requirements: Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance; compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business Conduct
