- Guide the planning, implementation, and delivery of digital health pilots and solutions, partnering with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align on approach, timelines, risks, requirements, testing, training, go-live, stabilization, and post-launch optimization to support adoption and operational performance.
- Conduct external benchmarking, market scans, literature and industry research, and vendor/partner engagement to evaluate emerging capabilities, compare leading practices, inform solution selection, support demos and RFP processes, and help manage deliverables, performance, and issue resolution.
- Develop clear, decision-oriented documentation and implementation artifacts, including research summaries, benchmark findings, recommendations, workflow analyses, requirements, roadmaps, and governance approaches to support adoption, enhancements, delivery planning, and change management.

- Knowledge of primary and secondary research methods used to identify digital health opportunities, including stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, workflow observation, process mapping, opportunity mapping, landscape assessment, external benchmarking, and gap analysis; ability to synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Skill in eliciting, documenting, and managing business, functional, and non-functional requirements; ability to translate requirements into workflows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Skill in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data; ability to define success metrics and evaluate outcomes related to adoption, user experience, operational efficiency, and return on investment.
- Knowledge of end-to-end digital health delivery methodologies, including human-centered design, applied research, prototyping, pilot execution, implementation, post-go-live optimization, change adoption, and benefits realization.
- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, vendor landscapes, peer institution practices, and evolving care and operating models; ability to translate external insights into relevant digital health use cases, strategic options, and implementation recommendations.
- Skill in written, visual, and verbal communication; ability to tailor messages for frontline staff, operational stakeholders, and executive audiences.
- Skill in managing complex cross-functional projects and programs from discovery through delivery, including charter development, project planning, scheduling, status reporting, dependency tracking, risk and issue management, vendor coordination, implementation readiness, and adoption support.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent initiatives with strong follow-through, dependability, and attention to detail.
- Skill in stakeholder engagement, meeting facilitation, and consensus-building; ability to negotiate scope, timelines, and expectations, and resolve issues through root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
