• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive, integrative care plans that address both mental health and wellness needs.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed on the latest mental health research and best practices.

The LPC will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Our commitment to serving underserved populations means that you will often provide care to clients who may face barriers in accessing mental health services.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Candidates must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating your proficiency in therapeutic interventions and client management.
• Strong understanding and application of legal and ethical counseling standards.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience working collaboratively within healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software to streamline documentation and client management processes.

• Specialized training in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is preferred.
• A proven track record of delivering quality mental health services while effectively managing client caseloads.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload availability.
