What You'll Expect
As the Digital Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the online presence and guest engagement strategies across all Granite State Gaming & Hospitality (GSGH) properties. This hybrid role combines digital marketing execution with on-site guest service responsibilities, ensuring a seamless brand experience both online and in-person.
What You'll Do
  • Scripting and web-based tool development using Google Apps Scripts, web forms, and JavaScript
  • Manage social media and create engaging content
  • Monitor reviews and track digital performance
  • Support marketing campaigns and events
  • Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms
  • Coordinate promotions across properties
  • Greet guests, build relationships, and enhance their experience
