The Opportunity
Digital Delivery Program Manager
Are you passionate about connecting technology, data, and project delivery to drive meaningful business impact?
RS&H is seeking a Digital Delivery Program Manager to help advance strategic digital initiatives across the firm. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with leaders across our operational business units, technology, and project delivery teams to develop reporting frameworks, drive digital adoption, support organizational change, and help shape the future of digital delivery.
This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide initiatives, work directly with Digital Delivery leadership, and help build the systems, metrics, and processes that support innovation across the organization. This role will work across all markets (Transportation, Aviation, Federal, Aerospace, Corporate, and Health & Science) spanning projects involving Infrastructure, Buildings, and Construction Management.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and coordinate Digital Delivery initiatives across multiple business units
  • Develop program roadmaps, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics for executive teams
  • Partner with business and digital leaders to align strategy, technology, and operational goals
  • Support adoption of digital tools, standards, and best practices
  • Facilitate governance, communication, and change management activities
  • Analyze program performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Support strategic pursuits by showcasing digital capabilities and innovative project delivery approaches

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, GIS, Mathematics, Construction Management, or another STEM-related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, design technology, digital delivery, project execution, or organizational transformation
  • Experience within the AEC industry or related technical industries
  • Strong understanding of project delivery processes and technology-enabled workflows
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
  • PMP certification (or ability to obtain within six months)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with BIM, VDC, GIS, Digital Twins, data analytics, AI-enabled workflows, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, ProjectWise, or similar platforms
  • Professional registration (PE, RA) or related industry certifications
  • Travel up to 20% may be required based on business needs.
