Help Wanted: Secretary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a professional demeanor. We are a company that provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain organised filing systems (both digital and physical)
  • Assist with data entry and document preparation
  • Handle administrative tasks to support office operations
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • We are willing to divide the job into two part-time from 9 to 2 but are flexible with time
  • We are also willing to give a four day work week.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
