Position Summary:

This role is responsible for the day-to-day publishing and maintenance of web & app content across multiple properties, as well as the organization and governance of our digital asset library.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

Content Creation & Management

  • Responsible for updating, maintaining and creating content for multiple high-volume websites and mobile apps
  • Uses marketing strategies to help drive decision making habits of website users
  • Ensure digital content aligns with brand standards, messaging strategies, and organizational objectives across all customer-facing channels
  • Develops tactics to market content and messaging across multiple digital channels
  • Develops and executes digital content initiatives, utilizing the Content Management System to manage content publishing, updates, and optimization efforts.

Digital Asset Management

  • Serve as a primary administrator of the Bynder digital asset management (DAM) system
  • Establish and maintain digital asset governance standards, processes, and best practices to ensure brand consistency, compliance, and efficient asset utilization
  • Manage the organization, maintenance, accessibility, and lifecycle of digital assets, including images, videos, logos, and marketing collateral
  • Provide guidance, training, and consultation to team members and stakeholders on DAM best practices and usage

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors' Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Three years of experience in web technology and marketing may be substituted for formal education
  • Expertise in current Internet standards, including web browsers and browser specifications, responsive websites, mobile apps, text messaging and e-mail
  • Must have knowledge of web page design, HTML, CSS and web graphic types and standards
  • Ability to work within a Web Content Management system
  • Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with digital asset management platforms and best practices
  • Ability to learn new Internet and authoring technologies relevant for website design and development, mobile apps, e-mail and text messaging
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to delegate tasks
  • Knowledge of e-mail marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently, managing several projects simultaneously and setting priorities with minimal supervision
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products and applications
