We are an energetic, super curious, passionate, fun and kick ass full-service ideation and advertising agency that has set out to break offline and online tradition and become a local and regional phenomenon. We need the bold and the daring to help us achieve our dream.

Overview

Our Senior Copywriter must be a dynamic writer who can develop knowledgeable text on a variety of subjects. Our clients belong to varied industries and we expect our Copywriter to write content that is full of interesting details, engages each target audience, and meets our clients’ expectations. Our ideal candidate has a portfolio of published copy and one (1) year of professional writing experience or an equivalent in education.

The Day to Day
  • Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands.
  • Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings.
  • Explore writing topics and source images for accurate and interesting details.
  • Write clear, compelling copy for various mediums.
  • Edit and proofread copy within deadlines.
  • Use SEO principles to maximize the reach of copy generated.
  • Collaborate with designers, and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects.
  • Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team and to client representative, as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasion.
  • Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/direction.
  • Comprehend communication strategies through creative briefings, and innovative ideas with art directors and other creatives.
You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Language, Journalism, Communications or related field.
  • Five (5) years of professional writing and editing experience in a similar role or equivalent in education.
  • Ad agency or in-house project copywriting experience preferably including print, direct marketing and advertising campaigns, digital campaigns, promotions, video and internal corporate communications.
  • Strong working knowledge of online content strategy and creation.
  • Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Experience with SEO.
  • Knowledgeable with social media platforms.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and present key information objectively and collaborate effectively with teams and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Experience working with content management systems, WordPress, etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, etc.)
