This opportunity is a part of Blink's Embedded practice which supports long-term opportunities with some of Blink’s largest client partners.
 
Location: NYC - hybrid opportunity with 2-3 days / week onsite
Duration: ongoing - 6 months to start
What you'll be doing

Our client is looking for a mid-level Digital Content Specialist to help support client-facing digital initiatives firm-wide. The digital marketing team is primarily based in New York, with key regional leaders in London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, and cross- functional business partners across the globe. This is an expanding team that drives the company’s digital vision in service of client relationships worldwide. 

The Digital Marketing Analyst will be a key addition to our clients team, and will enable them to scale our efforts and drive measurable business results via best-in-class digital campaigns and content. The role is a unique opportunity to contribute across all aspects of digital marketing, including the creation and deployment of website content and email.

Responsibilities:
  • Support content production across client-facing websites, using the Sitecore content management system. Includes primary content production of HTML and image assets.
  • Coordinate production tasks with off-shore content production team, including full ownership of outcome, quality control, code-review, troubleshooting, and adherence to design requirements, brand standards, and best practices.
  • Partner with content strategy, product marketing & channel marketing teams, digital design, front- and back-end development teams to manage delivery of end-to-end integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Apply visual creativity and design eye to optimize email, campaign, and web creative in partnership with our Digital Design
  • Lead, including image selection and light edits as necessary using Figma and other tools.
  • Partner with internal teams to produce and deploy content for internal platforms such as the corporate intranet, our digital asset management system Seismic, and Salesforce.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing best practices.
  • Perform competitive analysis on our industry peers and digital marketing leaders in other industries.
  • Undertake strategic ad hoc projects as required.
What are we looking for
Qualifications:
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a digital content production role using a content management system is required
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with preference to majors in marketing, finance, operations, computer science, engineering, or technology
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in deadline-driven environment
  • Exposure to digital content creation software, such as Figma
  • Sitecore a plus but not required
  • Proficiency in HTML production for web and email, Litmus a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of CSS and JavaScript a plus, but not required
  • Business-to-business experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Occasional schedule flexibility for collaboration with global colleagues across time zones
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
