Digital Consultant

A Digital Consultant utilizes both creative and client relations skillsets. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, customer and client service skills, excel in a fast paced environment, organizational skills, attention to detail and an interest in design.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Builds and maintains relationships with a dedicated group of 40-45 dealers
  • Build creative assets in Photoshop
  • Optimize automotive websites
  • Draw key insights from analytics and communicate to client
  • Manage a multitude of tasks in a timely fashion
  • Phone and email dealer support communication
  • Communicate program updates
  • Provides consultative digital strategy advice
  • Collaborate with field team to ensure program success
  • Access dealer back end tool to implement requests and collaborate with provider support teams for advanced requests
  • Consult with dealers on the Dealer Digital Program and provide insight on all certified providers

Desired Skills and Experience
  • The ability to work independently but also as a team player
  • Time management and superior organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, proper phone and email etiquette
  • Adobe Photoshop experience preferred
  • Understanding of the digital marketing field

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience
  • If a recent grad, relative experience in an internship or campus club/organization
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Previous phone or customer service experience
  • Tech and media savvy
