SASSO is looking for a dynamic marketing professional to join our team as a Paid Social and Search Specialist. Our Paid Social and Search Specialist plans, develops, and implements marketing strategies across a variety of platforms for SASSO and our clients. The aims to engage customers, promote products/services, and accomplish client goals by utilizing digital marketing platforms including email, social media, websites, PPC, and more. In addition to strategizing and developing digital marketing campaigns, the Paid Social and Search Specialist reviews messaging performance and analyzes content consistently to improve results.
As part of a full-service marketing agency, the Paid Social and Search Specialist is expected to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as individually to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work. Continuing education is also key to the position to stay on top of digital marketing trends, industry changes, marketing and advertising tools, and more for SASSO and our clients.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of paid social media (strategy planning, execution, client management)

• 2+ years of social media planning, buying, executing, measuring, optimizing, and reporting

• In-depth knowledge of social, search, mobile, and digital media technologies

• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C Marketing

• Experience managing digital media marketing budgets

• Strong communication & presentation skills

• Strong passion for marketing and innovation

• Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Campaign Manager

• Social Media platform understanding

• Strong strategic, analytical, creative, organizational, and personal skills

• Understanding of Google Data Studio is a plus

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES (Main Responsibilities):

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and quantity goals and execute paid social and search campaigns

• Lead social media and paid search reporting with relevant insights, implications, and optimization

• Serve our clients by creating a strong online presence and market share

• Optimize current operations, streamline processes and deliver target audience experiences to support client business strategies

• Identify and align existing and future social media channels and search opportunities

• Review and analyze digital marketing campaign performance consistently, making recommendations and updates to improve results

• Present marketing strategies, project timelines and updates to internal and external stakeholders

• Identify marketing KPIs and create data requirements to deliver goals

• Use social media and search metrics to identify bottlenecks and suggest new solutions

• Report to and partner with the Director of Digital Marketing

• Help develop and implement organic and paid social media strategies for our brand and the brands of our clients

• Assist with industry and consumer research to support new digital marketing business initiatives as needed

• Stay on top of digital marketing processes and trends, marketing industry changes, digital messaging funnel tactics, and more for SASSO and our clients
