Job description

THE ROLE:

If you are energized by making digital platforms actually work for the people who use them — and you know how to turn data into decisions and business needs into real solutions — this role was built for you.

As part of the Americas Digital Strategy and Go to Market Team, the Digital Business Analyst plays a critical role in shaping, optimizing, and driving adoption of North America’s digital portfolio. This role blends data-driven insights, business partnerships, and strategic activation to ensure our digital platforms deliver measurable value to Sales, Marketing, and our Distributor/Customer ecosystem. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with local markets, global digital and commercial teams, as well as external vendors to ensure strategic, successful digital product development, go-lives, and adoption of new digital tools and features.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

Your work will directly shape how teams sell, collaborate, and serve customers across North America. Here's what you'll own:

•    Analyze data across digital front-office platforms to inform enhancements, requirements, and optimization.

•    Translate business needs from Sales and Marketing into clear digital requirements.

•    Partner cross-functionally to support the digital roadmap and ensure alignment across North America initiatives.

•    Support activation and adoption strategies that increase the usage and value of digital tools.

•    Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements based on trends and user behavior.

•    Support go-to-market planning for new tool launches and enhancements.

•    Facilitate collaboration between regional teams, global digital teams, and commercial and business partners.

•    Identify digital friction points and propose solutions to improve user experience.

•    Translate business needs into clear business and functional requirements that drive effective digital product design and delivery.

•    Own the end-to-end requirements across all software development lifecycle phases, ensuring traceability, quality, and alignment through development, testing, and release.

•    Champion a data-driven culture within the organization.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:

We are a multicultural and diverse team that is open and collaborative, and this is the perfect time to join as we go through our digital transformation.
Our environment values curiosity, proactive accountability, cross-functional partnership, innovation, and a strong bias toward action.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

We're looking for someone who brings both analytical horsepower and people skills — someone who can read a dataset and a room.

•    3–5 years experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Digital Analyst, or similar role (eCommerce, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Product Innovation)
•    Must be bilingual: English and Spanish
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets and translate them into insights.
•    Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Commercial teams, and Digital Product, eCommerce or Development/Engineering Teams.
•    Familiarity with digital platforms, user experience concepts, and data visualization tools.
•    Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

•    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and AI Tools

Education:

•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
