Your role

Mission

Drive business value by identifying, evaluating, and enabling digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and support scalable process improvements across the organization. Partner with business and functional teams to successfully implement new technologies, support data-driven initiatives, and advance digitalization and AI capabilities while ensuring effective adoption and long-term sustainability of solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale process improvement initiatives or oversee the rollout of new software solutions, ensuring successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of digital tools, software platforms, and emerging technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for new systems, enhancements, and digital initiatives
  • Coordinate and support software implementation activities, including testing (UAT), validation, issue tracking, and deployment readiness
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating AI, analytics, and automation use cases that improve productivity, decision-making, and process performance
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking on tools, platforms, and digital solutions to support innovation initiatives
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs and priorities
  • Support rollout activities for new systems, tools, and process changes, including communication, training materials, and user readiness
  • Facilitate user adoption by providing training, documentation, and ongoing support for new digital capabilities
  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement through digital solutions
  • Support development and enhancement of reporting, dashboards, and data insights to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Support and contribute to the configuration and development of digital solutions, including low-code platforms, automation tools, and AI initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison between business functions and technical teams for digital and system-related initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
To succeed, you will need

Supervisory Responsibility

  • None 

Education 

  • BS in Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics or equivalent required. (Master's degree is a plus)

Experience

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Achieving results in a fast-paced, challenging manufacturing experience.
  • Experience working in a LEAN manufacturing environment and with continuous improvement projects.
  • Experience with production assembly processes, materials management and manufacturing systems.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-departmental projects.
  • Professional certificate in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or Project Management preferred.
  • Exposure to digital transformation initiatives, automation tools, or AI-related projects is a plus
  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., BPCS, SAP, or similar) preferred

Skills 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects, including planning, executing, and overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements
  • Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to identify opportunities for digital improvement and efficiency gains
  • Experience supporting software implementations, including testing (UAT), validation, issue tracking, and deployment coordination
  • Ability to assess and recommend digital solutions, tools, and platforms based on business needs and value potential
  • Familiarity with database concepts and basic querying (e.g., SQL) preferred
  • Awareness of automation technologies and AI concepts
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and deliverables simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technical teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including facilitating discussions, workshops, and requirement sessions
  • Ability to support user training, documentation, and adoption of new systems and processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Experience building or configuring solutions using low-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Experience with Business Intelligence software (Power BI)
  • Basic understanding of system integrations, data flows, and solution design concepts
