Position Summary... What you'll do...Role summary:
Join the fast-growing Sam’s Club Creator & Influencer team, where technology, digital marketing, commerce, and creative storytelling come together. In this role, you’ll be at the center of day-to-day program execution supporting creators through onboarding, communications, troubleshooting, and ongoing engagement while helping the program run smoothly at scale. You’ll also play a key role in outreach, content coordination, and platform support across social and internal tools. This is a highly hands-on position where you’ll solve real-time problems, experiment with new approaches, and directly improve the creator experience as the program rapidly evolves and expands.
About the team:
The Sam’s Club Creator & Influencer team is shaping how Sam’s Club connects with audiences through people, platforms, and culture. We sit at the intersection of technology, digital marketing strategy, social commerce, and creative storytelling. Our work spans influencer partnerships, affiliate growth, social innovation, platform development, and the operations that power it all. We move quickly, test often, and bring a builder mindset to everything we do as we scale a rapidly growing program.
What you'll do:
  • Manage day-to-day support through the program inbox, including payment questions, program inquiries, and troubleshooting.
  • Support recruiting, outreach, onboarding, and retention efforts via email and social channels.
  • Publish social content and respond to comments and DMs across creator social platforms.
  • Contribute to content creation including social-first storytelling, product features, educational materials, and program resources across channels.
  • Surface recurring issues, feedback, and opportunities to improve the creator experience.

What you'll bring:
  • Strong written communication and a thoughtful, service-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to learn quickly, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working across email, social platforms, and digital tools.
  • Curiosity about influencer marketing, social media, technology, and digital commerce.
  • A hands-on, team-first mindset and willingness to jump into both strategic and operational work.
  • Prior influencer or creator experience is a plus, but not required.
