Job description

We're looking for a detail-oriented, technically minded professional to join our Digital Department. In this role, you'll work with digital dental cases, create surgical guides, communicate with customers, and support the production process from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a dental background who enjoys technology and precision work. This is a Temporary to Hire opportunity.


Responsibilities

  • Process and manage digital dental cases from planning through production.
  • Review digital scans and case information for accuracy.
  • Create and modify surgical guides using specialized software.
  • Communicate with customers regarding case requirements and timelines.
  • Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality and documentation standards.
  • Provide technical support and assist with process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and product quality.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Experience in a dental office, dental laboratory, or other clinical dental setting strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with dental CAD/CAM software.
