The Digital / Systems Insight Lead plays a critical role in advancingdatadrivendecision making across Global Real Estate, Facilities Management, and Corporate Operations. This position partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions, actionable insights, and standardized processes. The role hasenterpriselevelimpact, enabling improved performance, efficiency, and transparency across a complex, global operating environment.
Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of digital andsystemsbasedsolutions that support Global RE, FM, and Corporate Operations objectives.
Partner with business, technology, and domain leaders to translate operational requirements into system insights, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Drive standardization, adoption, and continuous improvement of digital tools, platforms, and processes across the enterprise.
Bachelor's degreerequired, preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, ora relatedfield.
Certifications:Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, analytics or systems certifications)preferredbut notrequired.

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
